MANAGEMENT TOOLS
Host Club Responsibilities
We strongly suggest proper planning and teamwork for the Host Club.
1. Responsible for the CCSL Computer for Each Shoot
Enter all shoot results in real-time and manage squadding for all shoots. The Host Club must have someone at all shoots no later than 8:40 a.m. to ensure the first squad gets out at 9:00 a.m., and they can’t leave until the last squad of the day has had their scores recorded into the computer.
As of several years ago, the four clubs decided to hire someone to perform the above. We pay $800/year for this service. The funding comes directly from the CCLS shoot fees.
2. Email the Scores
Email scores to countryclubskeetleague@gmail.com no later than 9:00 a.m. the following morning.
3. Recap Letter
A letter is to be written and sent to countryclubskeetleague@gmail.com no later than midnight on the Monday following each shoot.
4. CCSL Billings
A bill must be sent to each club for each shoot. Billings are auto-generated from the CCSL computer. We suggest twice per season as opposed to seven times.
5. Loot Shoot
Host the shoot. Hold it at your club, fully staff it, pay for the pullers, provide a nice breakfast and lunch, and provide awards for the shoot. The CCSL pays for reasonable food costs, soft beverages, 2-rounds per registered shooter, and the league season awards. We will reimburse the Host Club upon receipt of invoices. No mark-ups are allowed on the invoices. Loot Shoot awards come from the entry fees. 100% of the entry fee money is returned to the shooters.
6. CCSL Season Awards
Order all awards must be ordered no later than February 1st, preferably by January 15th, for the league. The CCSL will reimburse the host club upon receipt of invoices.
